You know what our favorite thing about this time of the year is? SOUP, that's what!

The weather is getting chillier, the snow is slowly starting to fall, and this loaded potato soup pairs perfectly with an afternoon spent indoors with your family (or eat it all yourself, we won't judge). The best thing about this recipe is that you likely have most of the ingredients already on hand! It's a great recipe that can be thrown together with little prep-time.

Check it out!

Ingredients:

1. Frozen hash brown potatoes

2. Chicken stock or broth

3. Cream of chicken

4.Chopped onion

5. Pepper

6. Cream cheese

7. Toppings (cheddar cheese, bacon bits, sliced green onions)

Directions:

- In a slow cooker, combine potatoes, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, onion, pepper

- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. If your potatoes are big chunks, you need to cook it longer. They will. start falling apart when it's ready.

- Add the cream cheese and cook 30 minutes or until cream cheese is melted, stirring occasionally, until combined.

- Top with. cheese, cooked bacon, or sliced green onions if desired.

Now, *enjoy*!

We hope you enjoy this easy soup recipe as much as we do! Happy fall!
